Background

In the heart of Prampram Lapleku, a once-thriving community school lies in ruins. What used to be a safe haven for learning and growth is now a collapsed structure with broken chairs, damaged walls, and no facilities to support proper education. The children of this resilient community now study under trees and makeshift sheds, exposed to weather and insecurity—with no access to toilets, a library, computers, or even desks.

Education should not be a privilege—it is a right.

At Debcee J Foundation, we believe in restoring dignity, opportunity, and hope through education. This is why we are launching an urgent campaign to rebuild and modernize the school facility for the children of Prampram Lapleku.

We are proposing the construction of a modern, fully equipped school building that will include:
