Debcee J Foundation is a passionate humanitarian organization located at Recce Chinese Burma Camp, dedicated to transforming lives through acts of kindness and empowerment. Led by CEO Joyce Mensah, our mission is to bring healing, hope, and help to the underprivileged by bridging the gap between resources and those in desperate need.
